Rules & Guidelines for Membership
While GM Eternal prides its self on our easy going nature, with the establishment of anything there are going to be rules and expectations.
Potential club members are chosen and agreed upon by the Club President, Vice-President and Officers. Potential club members are evaluated over a period of a few months and are judged on several factors (not limited to the following): Meeting attendance, Event attendance, attitude, GM vehicle and over all fit in our club dynamic. When a potential candidate is agreed upon, an announcement is made during a GM Eternal meet or event.
Each member of the club must be dedicated to help building and supporting the club as well as its members. We consider the club like family. Family supports family.
GM Eternal Logo: It is preferred that each member display our club logo on their vehicle, but not mandatory. Only GM Eternal Members will be able to display our club logo. GM Eternal is mindful and will respect members of our club whom also participate in other automotive clubs and endeavors. For this we will also offer our members a non permanent/removable static logo that can be taken on and off in between shows and meets. We have a great looking logo and our members take great pride in showing it off!
GM Eternal members will never disrespect nor negatively comment on any other club or individuals vehicle. Act in a mature and responsible manner. This club will not tolerate any unnecessary activities. Our club is made up of a wide range of vehicles, styles and taste. What looks good to one driver might not be the same taste as another. Lets be respectful and professional!
Please make all necessary attempts to attend club events and shows. It is important to show outsiders and potential club members that we mean business at all times. This goes for cruises, casual meets, or even a chance happening you bump into each other out on the street. If any members are at the same place together, try and park together.
We ask that you support your fellow members, support the club and its cause. Above all, have fun. Life is too short and too precious to let politics and negativity cloud our hobby.
Be safe and remember to do the right thing.
